REFUND POLICY
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or additional re-work for services if:
- you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time of 45 calendar days.
- you receive the wrong order.
- you do not want the order you have received (but you must cover any advertising spend and 3rd party fees incurred at your expense.)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your orders delayed due to factors within your control (e.g. unresponsiveness, inaccurate information).
- your order is discontinued due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, client bankruptsy).
